Service Description
Join Ije Company at Union Point in Weymouth from May to June for the Union Point Speed School! During the training sessions, participants will be instructed on Ije's three main focuses: Speed, Plyometrics, and Agility training. The main goal of this program is to increase the athleticism of participants, while promoting physical literacy and a healthy lifestyle. This program caters to student-athletes in grades 6-8 and is available every Friday afternoon from May 11st to June 21st (with no session on May 24th) at 4:00pm. You can sign up for 6 Sessions for $210. Our sessions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so sign up early! Join us today and begin your journey to becoming an exceptional athlete!
