Service Description

Boost your all-round athleticism with Ije Coach Ricky and his movement training philosophy, SPA (Speed & Agility, and Plyometrics) Training. Sessions are offered at different spots across Boston and South Shore, Massachusetts. SPA Training is a research-supported program constructed by athletes, for athletes. It gives instruction on how to raise speed, exertion production, agile motions, vertical hopping and more. This program is for athletes aged 9 and over, including college and adult athletes. SPA Training aka Speed, Plyometrics, and Agility is a scientifically backed program developed by athletes for athletes. Athletes will learn various ways to increase their speed, force production, dynamic movements, vertical jumping, and more. This program is for athletes ages 9 and Up ( Including College & Adult Athletes).
