Ages 11-18 Speed, Agility, and Plyometrics Training for South Shore Athletes
Service Description
Join us for Summer Speed & Agility Training at Union Point, running from June 23rd to August 27th! This program is designed for athletes and families aiming to enhance their athletic skills, with a focus on running, explosive movements, directional changes, and agility. Our expert coaches will emphasize three key areas: Speed, Plyometrics, and Agility. This program aims to improve participants' athletic performance and foster physical literacy, promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle. It is ideal for athletes who need to correct their running form, build endurance, and boost their overall athletic confidence. Targeting student-athletes aged 10 to 18, the training groups will be divided by age. Sessions are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday afternoons from June 23rd to August 27th, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Union Point Sports Complex. Session 1 includes 8 sessions (6/23-7/21), and Session 2 offers 9 sessions (7/28-8/27). Families can sign up for 8 sessions at $180, 4 sessions at $100, or choose drop-in classes at $25 each, with booking available through ijecompany.com. Program Dates/Times: Session 1: 6/23 , 6/25, 6/30 , 7/2, 7/7 7/14, 7/16, 7/21 (No class 7/9 or 7/23) Session 2: 7/28, 7/30, 8/4, 8/11, 8/13, 8/18 & 8/20, 8/25, 8/27 (No class 8/4) To purchase session packages visit our "Plans & Pricing" Page or click " Book Now" to start the registration process.
